Essentially True uses USPS for it's shipping needs. USPS has notified it's customers there are delivery delays for FIRST CLASS & PRIORITY PACKAGES due to transportation issues. Only EXPRESS MAIL has a guaranteed delivery day of 1 business day.
In addition, my local post office has explained not all packages are scanned due to limited workforce. What this means is a package may show PRE SHIPMENT until it is actually delivered.
You can be confident once a label is created your package has been delivered to the post office with in 24-48 hours.

Shipping Insurance covers your package if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
Insurance can be requested during the online checkout process only. Simply select "Lost & Damaged" when choosing your shipping method.
Return mail happens when the delivery carrier cannot complete. This usually happens because the address is incorrect or there is no access to the mailbox/ home. However, the reasons are not limited to these examples.
When packages are returned to Essentially True we will be happy to mail again granted both conditions are met.
