Physical Products 

Because every product is handmade especially for you, and of a personal nature we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges. This also includes virtual consultations, appointments, and 1-on-1 phone calls. 

Cancellations 

We accept cancellation within 24 hours of order submission.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within a maximum of 3 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we may evaluate the issue and make it right. After this time frame, we may be unable to offer a resolution.
